Pushing Through When You Don't Feel Good Enough

A few weeks ago I was working on our email/newsletter I had to ignore the negative voice in my head that said my newsletter wasn't good enough.

The thoughts running though my head while trying to send out the newsletter:

I don't have a gorgeous email design like so many others.

I don't have a big list.

I don't have my business organized well enough to send out emails regularly so I should just forget it. 

If you're anything like me you can let those negative thoughts take control of your life.

The reality is the words we speak over ourselves shape the thoughts we have and vise versa.

If we let the negative voice in our head control our thoughts and emotions how do we expect to live a life where we think we worthy and enough?

If you don't speak words of encouragement and love over yourself your thoughts won't change and therefore you'll keep yourself in the viscous cycle of thinking you aren't enough and unworthy of great things. 

It's time we break that cycle!
